What is a CMA?
A Comparative Market Analysis examines the recent and past sales that directly compare to your property based on location, style, size and condition. The CMA also analyzes active listings that will be in direct competition and takes into consideration the price of properties that have expired.
Marlon will perform your CMA free of charge if you are considering selling your home now or in the near future. A CMA typically requires 24hrs notice to allow for the collection of comparable properties, an appointment is then made to view the property, to show comparable properties, to discuss a marketing strategy and finally to arrive at a listing price that will provide for a timely sale that is reflective of market value.
